Situated  near the South East Cornish coast Woodsaws is a working family farm set in 180 acres of beautiful rolling Countryside. It includes a10 acre woodland noted for its birds and other wildlife that links with footpaths leading down to the West Looe valley.

We have a stone built 19th century mill newly converted into two spacious and comfortable
cottages and a further cottage with reverse level accommodation. All have double glazing, central heating and log fires. Making them lovely and snug for winter breaks. Each has their own garden, there is ample parking space and a separate shared lawn has a BBQ area, ideal for long summer evenings.

The quiet village of Lanreath is only half a mile away and a pleasant walk . Visit the Lanreath Website on www.lanreath.com to view the local facilities.

The slightly larger village Pelynt (1.5 miles) has a pub with restaurant and a beer garden and a small selection of shops.

Fowey via the Bodinnick ferry, the picturesque fishing village of Polperro and the small resort town of Looe and are all no more than 6 miles away and provide good beaches, coves, fishing, boating, eateries and shopping.

Our proximity to some of Cornwall's most stunning sections of coast and proximity to Bodmin Moor exploring Bodmin Moor makes us an ideal location for families and couples alike at any time of the year.
