THE MILL Sleeps 8 Approached from a walled and gated garden, the front door opens to a hallway with an adjacent fully fitted country style kitchen/dining room with French Windows that open to a small patio area. The large sitting room is pleasantly furnished with a stone fireplace, comfy seating and patio doors opening to the front garden. A wet room with WC and hand basin and a twin bedded room completes the ground floor accommodation. There is wheel chair ground floor access and seat etc in the wet room Upstairs are three further bedrooms in a light crisp décor with wide country views; a King size master bedroom with en-suite shower room WC and basin, a twin room with en-suite shower room WC and basin and another double bedroom retaining part of the original mill wheel with an en-suite bathroom WC with basin and separate shower cubicle. A door from the landing opens to external railed steps that lead down to the front garden. FEATURES: - Multi fuel stove, video, DVD, Digital box, 2nd TV, electric range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, highchair, travel cot, garden furniture, bbq, duvets – BED LINEN, CH, ELECTRIC, INCLUSIVE. A starter pack of coal/logs for the Multi fuel stoves is provided. Towels available £3 per person by prior arrangement Changeover: Saturday the property is available from 4.30 on the holiday start date until 10.30am on the holiday finish date. The office hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Out of hours there will be an answer phone for you to leave a message on. On your arrival we will be pleased to greet you at your cottage.
